About Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel Hunter, founder of Lark Events and your event-day right-hand. I love making sure everyone feels comfortable, celebrated, and free to enjoy the moment.

I’ve been planning gatherings for as long as I can remember - from wrangling friends for last-minute adventures, to organizing big community picnics, to coordinating galas and retreats in my nonprofit days. Over time, I realized my favorite events were always the ones where people could truly be together, stress-free.

When I started helping friends with their weddings, I noticed how often family and bridal party members ended up running logistics instead of enjoying the day. That’s when I knew: this is where I can help. Lark exists so you (and your people) don’t have to worry about the checklist, the timeline, or last-minute hiccups. You get to be fully present, and I’ll keep things running smoothly in the background.

I’m not the super-aesthetic, over-the-top planner type. My style is relational, chill, and organized. I bring the calm energy you need, while still caring about the details that make your wedding or event feel truly yours.

At the end of the night, when you’re enjoying the celebration with your favorite people and not thinking twice about what’s happening behind the scenes - that’s when I know I’ve done my job.
